EGS&#8217;s primary objective is to offer balanced, tasty meals every day that are suited to children&#8217;s nutritional needs, while promoting awareness of healthy and sustainable food choices.<\/p>\n<p><b>Canteen Service Objectives<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><strong>Promoting a balanced diet:<\/strong> ensuring meals are rich in nutrients, with the right combination of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><strong>Nutrition education:<\/strong> teaching children the importance of a healthy diet and how to make informed food choices.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><strong>Sustainability and respect for the environment:<\/strong> using fresh, seasonal and, where possible, locally sourced ingredients, minimising environmental impact.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><strong>Food inclusivity:<\/strong> offering options for children with special needs (allergies, intolerances, vegetarian, vegan diets, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"c-message_kit__blocks c-message_kit__blocks--rich_text\">\n<div class=\"c-message__message_blocks c-message__message_blocks--rich_text\" data-qa=\"message-text\">\n<div class=\"p-block_kit_renderer\" data-qa=\"block-kit-renderer\">\n<div class=\"p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper--first\">\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_block\" dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">It should also be noted that the menu is divided into two periods of the year: Autumn-Winter &amp;
